The Tweed New Haven Airport Authority’s Residential Sound Insulation Program is an outgrowth of a comprehensive noise study completed in 2012. This study, funded and approved by the Federal Aviation Administration, identified areas where homes may be eligible to receive treatments to reduce noise. Treatments may include insulated windows, doors, upgrades to air conditioning and more.

This website will provide information about the program as well as serve as a portal for homeowners participating in the program to receive up to date information on the status of their property.
